Global Signoff Process and Business Analyst - ( AER0002MQ )

Description

Respected, recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) with process improvements and tool development/efficiencies

Ability to adapt to environment and balance multiple assignments

Operate with exceptional integrity and work well with internal and external customers

Position Duties

Support Global VEV Signoff Supervisor in global process alignment and tool efficiencies to deliver 11 Engineering Sign-off gateways and milestones

Support global process assignments and execute specific tasks to drive closure of issues

Support efficiency efforts and the development of templates, macros and tools for all reports used by the Signoff team

Support global process standards and cascades to all regions

Develop training materials for all ESO tools and processes supported, and lead training courses in respective area of expertise

Support critical tools/databases for VEV Engineering Signoff activities, develop macros and tools to manage reporting and execution of program delivery and Chief Declaration approvals to support FAP 03-201

Lead Historical Site data base management for global team (spanning Europe, Australia/China, South America, and North America) and the execution of monthly Business Planning Review (BPR) metrics

Maintain site, metrics and training of Chief Declaration process and tools

Download Historical data, filter through program criteria, obtain global feedback and summarize data with input global program leads

Develop tools/dashboards to support efficient and consistent global reporting

Establish and lead cross functional and cross regional meetings to support the development of new tools globally

Support any analysis required to ensure global alignment

Support communication of BPR cadence and process globally

Download data, create global metrics for senior management report out, develop senior management presentations

Develop and maintain dashboard to accurately track New Technology Status for requirements, DV methods, and Facility readiness; Lead interface with ELMS tool development, deployment and output to Test Operations team

Support and execute (5) SharePoint sites and tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering, Science, or Arts Degree with three (3) years of experience in process efficiencies and tool development

Working knowledge of GPDS process

Demonstrated Technical Experience who can adapt and learn quickly

Ability to manage high workload and proactively support multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail, ability to recognize data inconsistencies and troubleshoot reporting metrics

Exceptional verbal/written communication, organization, process discipline, and computer skills

Comfortable presenting to and working with cross-functional teams at Engineer through Manager level

Experience conducting training for analysts, and Engineering Functions

Advanced use of QlikView, Alteryx, Infopath, Camtasia, Microsoft Access, Excel (including Visual Basic/VBA),

PowerPoint; SharePoint Designer experience also beneficial

Ability to write and develop macros, code complex formulas a must

Outstanding Collaboration and People skills ability to

Interface and actively work with cross-functional global team across multiple regions and time zones

High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to get job done

Adaptability/flexibility to work in dynamic product verification and validation environment
