On a typical day to day you might

Track and organize project tasks to drive towards the global roll-out of a new onboarding experience
Work closely with representatives from each project workstream to ensure project timelines are met
Run meetings, organize agendas and keep all project stakeholders informed about the progress made towards the global launch of the new onboarding program
Maintain ongoing contact with the global network of onboarding coordinators from countries where HP has presence to ensure they are kept up to date and educated on how to implement locally all the new program components
Be the main point of contact for internal stakeholder for all questions related to the global onboarding program
Help track the feedback and measure the impact of the new onboarding program across each phase of the roll-out (soft launch, pilot, full-launch)
Partner with teams across the company to continuously improve the new onboarding experience based on feedback captured after the global program launch
Report out to executive stakeholders on a regular basis the results of the global roll-out of the new program

To land this role, you will need to have experience

Working for 5 to 7 years in a global, diverse, high growth environment that constantly requires change and stakeholder management This will have given you an appreciation for the pace at which youll need to operate and how nimble youll need to be
Managing large-scale projects that include planning, tracking, delivering and measuring the impact of various solutions
Solving problems quickly and effectively with solid business reasoning to execute daily with a bias for creative thinking and doing
Building reports that combine visualization and messaging to clearly communicate key insights drawn from data
Demonstrating very strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise executive-level presentations and the ability to use storytelling to drive engagement and interest in programs developed
Demonstrating very strong teamwork skills, especially in virtual teaming, collaboration, and coaching
