As an HR Business Partner at CWT you will provide HR functional leadership to Customer EMEA CWTs commercial organization in EMEA) and the Global Sales Effectiveness organization The HR Business Partner engages with the business both strategically and tactically to deliver the People agenda and to drive organization capability development to ensure readiness of the workforce to become the number1 digital travel management company
The Customer EMEA organization includes the Sales- and Customer management workforce responsible for new sales, client revenue and client retention We have a commercial workforce of 300 fte located in 15 countries
The Global Sales Effectiveness function is responsible for sales excellence and commercial support for our global commercial workforce enabling the Go-to-Market including design and implementation of best in class sales processes, tools and capabilities This global team members (150 fte) are located in global regions with main locations in Paris, London, Minneapolis and Singapore

Partners directly with the business, managing Director Customer EMEA and Vice President Global Sales Effectiveness and their leadership teams, supporting them with all people initiatives and quickly becomes a trusted and respected part of their team
Supports the people planning process of the global group/function developing the relevant organizational design and annual people plan
Partner with Employee Relations teams in the countries and HR Service Centers to deliver exceptional HR process delivery and responsiveness and ensure compliance with country laws and policies Advises teams on actions necessary to support the business/functional team
Organizes and supports Talent Acquisition needs across functional team to ensure we hire the right team members as the right time Accountable to partner with compensation on formulating and delivering on the reward needs of new hires
Act as a trusted HR partner to managers throughout the employees life cycle, assisting with recruitment, performance management, career pathing, compensation and benefits, Talent Management & learning, and employees separation
Ensures succession and leadership development plans are in place to drive bench strength
Drives the culture and engagement agenda across groups/functions
Work with managers in completion of mid-year and annual performance reviews and ensure performance gaps are addressed
Collaborates with Learning & Development to identify and deliver skill gap strategies Ensures programs are rolled out and implemented to achieve maximum impact
Assists Compensation and Benefits in conducting salary and job evaluation as the liaison with business leaders Provides recommendations on salary ranges and pay structures
Supports managers to perform induction/on-boarding of new hires

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard in a HR or related field with a HR certification being highly desired You will have significant experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally gained in a global setting You will have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written (fluency in English) and with the ability to present/ advise to Executive (senior) level business leaders

As HRBP, you will need to have practical experience in change or transformation as well as f unctional knowledge and experience in Organization development, Talent development, Workforce management, Change & transformation, employee development and engagement You will be required to de monstrate the emotional astuteness to adapt to different styles and to partner with senior executive leaders utilising your n egotiation and influencing skills ; capable to coach and deliver concise and compelling messages to senior audiences

Finally, you will need to have the a bility to work in a fast paced environment and serve as an advisor and trusted confidant to business leaders and be self-managing and drive results on time with attention to detail P roject Management, l istening skills and the a bility to think strategically are also essential skills ton be successful in this role
