As General Manager Sales , you will be building a vision for business units that dovetails into the vision of the organization

What you will do
Setting up and managing operational systems that efficiently and effectively support the business
Managing a large people structure that delivers consistent business growth
Driving business efficiency on the basis of data-driven decisions
Delivering world-class experience to all our B2B customers consistently throughout all touchpoints
Responsible for building, nurturing and grooming leadership talent

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have

Should have handled a similar leadership role with a P & L responsibility in his last assignment
Should have a proven track record of handling large teams
Should have had a successful Key Account experience in earlier years of his career
Conceptual thinking
Should be willing to travel extensively
15 years in Enterprise sales
Should have a direct team handling experience for at least 2-3 years
Needs to be from IT selling background B2B( IT domestic, licenses to the network server, display panel, desktop, laptop)
