Job Description:

Responsibilities
Undertaking high level evaluation of various consumer demand categories to size their opportunity and attractiveness
Developing an all-round understanding of select categories including customer trends / behaviour and success drivers
Devising the go-to-market and growth strategy for categories ( including defining target customers, positioning, app experience etc)
Working with various stakeholders including Product to build, launch and grow categories
Identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships to boost traffic and strengthen supply; fostering mutually beneficial relationships with these partners
Keeping abreast of market developments and undertaking competition and peer studies
Driving seamless in-app and delivery experiences for customers
Owning unit economics for these categories and devising a plan to drive profitability
Preferred Candidate
1-2 years of post-MBA or 2-4 years of pre-MBA experience in consulting or go-to-market / growth strategy
BE/ BTech/MBA from a premium institute preferred
Comfortable with owning and managing work-streams end to end, ie from conceptualization to closure
Ability to work as a team player and to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Comfortable with fast-paced on-ground execution
Effective analytical & communications skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
