Job Description:

Responsible for the business performance, as well as maintaining high standards of flaw less service and safetyEnsure efficient and profitable operation
Strategic Perspective
Analyzing and planning at service levels of operations
Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statement and furnish performance result
Creating strategies for effective management plans in consultation with senior management colleagues
Assist the top management in understanding new market trends, competitors, and analysis its impact on business
Develop future plans for expansion based on market Analysis and research in consultation with senior management colleagues
Operational Perspective
Liaison with sales and marketing for increasing the revenue and organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount
Maintains constant communication with guests and take feedback to ensure all expectations are met or exceeded
Implement cost control strategies and ensure budgeted figures are achieved
Assists, plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with loss & prevention department,local, state, and federal rules and regulations
Monitor employee activities and conduct inspections to ensure regulations are obeyed as per company standards, SOPs
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance activities to protect the assets
Provide guidance to the team for initiating new activities
Act as a liaison with other department in Ramoji film city
To handle all guest complaints, requests & enquiries on service
Validating / authorizing with vendors
Entertainment, artist, ride , merchandising, maintenance
Financial Perspective
Organize frequent meeting on consumable cost control and analysis the data for calculating expenditure
Monitor the performance through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports
Team Building
Carry out performance review of the team
Identify& organize appropriate training for the team
Organize product/ service delivery trainings, etc for the development of employees as well by putting a training system in place
Provide necessary guidance and support to the team on complex issues
Maximizes team performance by boosting morale of associates and leading through MBO principle
Key Result Areas
Ensure adherence of SOPS and smooth delivery of operational and Maintenance activities
Achieve high Customer Satisfaction Score Design new products and services that would attract new& existing customer
Handling and adopting cost effective methods of managing
Ensure increase in revenue and marginal profit as a result of successful promotional campaigns/ activities
Inspection of works area and ensure safety measures Ensure all basic amenities are provided to workers for their welfare
