Job Description:

Liaison with top management and implement processes for operational efficiency

Plan and monitor the day - to - day running of business across divisions, both internal and external to ensure smooth progress

Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

Oversee customer support processes to enhance and ensure customer satisfaction

Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

Revise and / or formulate policies and promote their implementation towards productivity growth

Oversee relationships / agreements with external partners / vendors

Evaluate and report overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics

Ensure operational compliance with statutory regulations, while updating the management periodically

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills verbal & written in Tamil & English and Hindi preferred

Influencing and negotiation skills

Well - developed interpersonal skills
