Job Role

- Increases managements effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers;

- Communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning account abilities;

- Develops strategic plan by Market research

- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Desired Profile

- Post Graduate with 8 - 12 Years of relevant experience in food Industry is mandatory

- Different strategy on menu Planning and forecasting is mandatory

- Experience in understanding on industry and market trends would be preferred
