Job Description:

- Develop and execute brand vision, identity and its rollout in the entire organization

- Develop and execute large ATL campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, acquisition and retention

- Be the custodian of the consumer, and work closely with the research & effectiveness team to develop a deep consumer understanding backed by thorough qualitative and quantitative research

- Own in entirety, the central brand communication, and also conceptualize category and private label marketing agenda

- Work with the creative and media buying agencies to conceptualize innovative and memorable creatives keeping in mind the communication objectives of the campaign

- Eventually, build a core team of brand and media planners to run the brand campaign org

- Liaison with city, social and creative verticals to ensure the brand is represented in the right manner across the board

- Analyse campaigns across cities across different parameters to track ROI and publish the same to all stakeholders
