Job Description:

- This team focuses on end to end ownership and launch of new brands and/or concepts/initiatives

- The folks here will work cross functionally with a bunch of teams and tap into the expertise of each (R&D, Menu Excellence, Culinary, SCM, Analytics, Operations, Finance, HR etc) to deliver concepts from pre-ideation all the way through ideation, stealth launches, iterations and upto Product Market Fit

- This team is paranoid about their consumers and are constantly researching to understand what consumer gaps are not being currently solved for and also ideate and create concepts and solutions to fill the gaps that have been established from the analysis phase

- This team has full ownership of the concept until its either deemed a success (ready to scale up across multiple geographies) or something that will be shelved

- Some of the folks on these teams (specifically Strategic & Virtual Brands) will also have external facing exposure and stakeholder management of partners out of the organisation (working with culinary experts and hospitality groups in the industry to co create brands)

Ideal skills (great to have)

- Experience in Brand Management from FMCG Industry is a Must

- Looking for only 2013 & 2014 Passout from Premiere Institutions

- Prior experience running categories/initiatives end to end at marketplace startups is a great to have

- Prior experience in strategy consulting is good to have but not mandatory
