Fusion PPM Consultant / Sr Consultant

Hiring for One of our clients

3 - 8 Years


We are actively looking for a talented Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Project Portfolio Management team member This is a full-time salaried position If you are a leader who can adapt, work in a fast-paced, enriching environment and are looking for a company that can offer continued growth


-Provide business and functional subject matter expertise and leading clients through the end-to-end Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process
-Elaborate business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
-Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
-Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them
-Defining new and refining existing business processes
-Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet requirements and document application set-ups
-Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
-Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
-Support clients with the execution of test scripts
-Develop end-user documentation and training materials
Deliver end-user training
-Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
-Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
-Provide status and issue reports to the project manager on a regular basis
-Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
-Understanding Organization Structure and COA
-Understand (Project, Organization, Expenditure, Task) and related accounting
-Understanding Project Based Invoicing
-Understand authority and amounts approval Workflows
-Understand capital and non-capital projects
-Understand reimbursable expenses
-Understand Sell contracts types Required Candidate profile

Essential Skills

-Qualified candidates must have Bachelors Degree
-3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle PPM and Sell Contracts
-1 to 2 years of hands on implementation experience in Oracle PPM Cloud Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts, Project Accounting and Project Costing
-Experience with supporting/managing Project Management functions in Oracle PPM, such as Project & Task Creation, Resource Assignment, Project invoicing
-Ability to quickly understand and decompose billing, business, and technical concepts
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proven ability independently in support
-Knowledge in OTBI/BIP
-Knowledge in Finance Modules like Payables, Receivables and GL Etc
-Experience in RICE Components and BI Publisher reports
-Experience in supporting users with issues in Oracle Fusion
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
-Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a -willingness to help where needed

-Should understand the business objectives and organization structure
-The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness
-The candidate should possess attention to detail and maintain confidentiality and integrity
-Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with commitment to excellence
-Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach

Preferred Skills

-Being able to review tickets submitted into support
-Should be proficient in Microsoft Office
-Must be proficient in customer relationship management
-Experience with working with Oracle on SRs

-Demonstrate proactive thinking
-Should have strong interpersonal relations and business acumen
-Negotiation and persuasion skills are required to work with partners and implement changes
-Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
-A very inquisitive mind that can factor in several variables acting on the situation
