Role Purpose

Coordinate with all functions that will meet requirements of the contact centre

The Role Responsibilities

To provide Administrative Support to CCC( Client care center)

Finance coordinator for settling all the bills of the staffs of CCC
Claim verification & processing Travel Pro for staffs
Point of contact for CCC business visitors
Maintain an Excel Tracker of Cost spent under category of spent, why the bill passed for approval
Laptop / Desktop/iPhone Processing of new requests for Laptop & Desktop across, engagement with CAM
Raising Purchase Requisition & Raising Purchase order, Bills processing/ Process adherence
SPOC for Fire Marshal & First aiders and nominating people in CCC and sending for training
Arranging access cards for new joiners, Visitors and Contractor staffs
Access card renewal for expired cards through online
Infrastructure Facility-Utility managementTaking care of all the assets of CCC
Vendor Management-negotiating with vendors for procurement of various equipments required for the units of CCC Taking care of infrastructure requirements such as meeting
Ordering of stationary & printing stationeries (Envelopes, Business cards, letter heads)
Coordinating weekly Staff Transport & other Cab arrangement for Group visitors
Coordinating inputs for Temp staff payroll, and validating it before processing
Taking care of Logistics and food and beverages support for workshop & Stakeholders
Taking care of Seat Plan for CCC and ensure seat reporting are done based on Unit wise allocations Generate Monthly seat utilization report
Meeting Room booking, arranging conference calls etc
Travel to Other locations for review as and when required by the Business
Be the point of contact and be available on ground to support with logistics during Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
