Job Description:

Elevate is recruiting Functional Consultant(s) to work closely with our Customers product implementations for enterprise across industries in accordance to the Customers ICM implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule, and effort

We need a professional who

Drives execution of ICERTIS product implementations or CRM/ERP implementations for enterprise customers across industries in accordance with ICERTIS implementation or Agile methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule, and effort
Conceptualizes and formulates best of breed solutions in close collaboration with the business that effectively address key implementation objectives
Owns system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements
Contributes towards internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group
Contributes to ICERTIS or CRM/ERP product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience
Is responsible for attending client calls and ensuring timely responses to open items as well as providing regular updates

Specifically, this role will involve

Implementing full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant - responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, and system configuration
Analyzing and actively managing the development schedules, sprint planning, & release cycles in an Agile development environment
Translating business requirements into technical system requirements and functional specifications
Creating business requirement documentation(BRD) or function requirement documentation (FRD) or document of understanding (DoU), user stories, Task creation based on user stories, resource allocation, implementation plan, Gap analysis, release notes, change management documentation and related documentation
Coordinating for resolution/development of code-level changes with developers and all stakeholders
Being responsible for attending client calls and ensuring timely responses to open items as well as providing regular updates

Skills

Understanding of Enterprise Application on information flows through various IT systems for large organizations
Preferably hands-on experience in Front end system configurations of CRMs
Function testing of the implementation of front end configurations
Exposure to client communication, preferably international clients
Fluent in communication (English) written and verbal as well as keen listening skills
Comfortable working in teams as well as independently
Ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams
Implementation experience in Contract Management/Supply Chain applications would be an advantage

Qualifications

Any Graduate from a reputed institute
Having an MBA in a related field will be a distinct advantage
