Experience 8 to 12yrs

Location Borivali , Mumbai

Qualification Bcom or with relevant experience

Should have Hospital experience

Responsible for the development & implementation of work process of front desk

Responsible for proper training which the staff requires in terms of communication skill , telephone etiquette , proper grooming , work Behaviour etc

Should motivate the front office staff whenever needed in terms of showing right way of attitude towards work , patient & co - workers

Taking care of the hospitality provided for all the patients visiting OPD , Diagnostics and Admission Counters

Handles any query , complaint or any other situation that could not be handled by others in the department

Should conduct timely checks on the services provided by the front desk and do analysis of the areas of concern

Should act as the connecting link between the patient and the higher authorities

Participates in the decision making for the Front Office and OPD areas

Training the new recruits and providing on job training for all the staff

Scheduling the duty roster for Front Office , Radiology , EPABX , Cyber knife and Night PRO on duty

Ensuring that the FRONT OFFICE takes care of the issues pertaining to Cyberknife patients

Arranging the Ambulance facility for those who require and those who ask for

Presentation of 4 QIPS

Internal control and Process improvements

Training and development / Attrition

Clinical , Service delivery , Patient satisfaction

Health Check - ups

IT enabled patient communication systems

Attends the day to day feedback from the agency that collects and analyses the patient satisfaction and take action on the issue wherever required

Handles any critical issues related to patient/guests feedback as and when required

Taking care of any of the miscellaneous issues as and when asked by the Management

Ensuring the doctors comfortable working conditions in coordination with the OPD Coordinator , scheduling OPD slots for consultants

Analyses the complaints received and informs the concerned department and reports to the higher authority

for the job
