Job Description:

  • Welcome and greet visitors to the hub Understand their need and direct them to the appropriate person

  •          Attend all calls to the hub, identify purpose and pass on messages as appropriate

  •          An owner of maintaining all office supplies like Stationery, Communication Devices etc

  •          Receive and redirect all incoming correspondence, including couriers, vendor bills etc

  •          Hub & Member Management

  •          Retrieve and Communicate invoice details every month

  •          Redirect/ Assign support tickets and track resolution through the relevant support teams
