Job Description:


  • Answer phones and inquiries about company

  • Greet visitors warmly and make them seated

  • Ensure reception area is tidy

  • Coordinate office activities

  • Arrange appointments, send email and texts

  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties

  • Take and reply to messages

  • Update leads on google sheets, which are received on mail every day

  • Generating invoices and making note of the invoice no’s

  • Timely payment of monthly bills

  • Keeping record of all the bills and expenses

  • Collecting the GST data from the bills and invoices every month and forwarding the same to CA

  • Doing minimal bank jobs like depositing cash, cheque, challan etc

  • Whenever required, go to channel partners office to deposit invoice or receive cheque on behalf of the company
