Job Description:

Position Purpose & Summary
The primary accountability of this position is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of FRM activities through alignment of processes, deployment and stabilization of system implementation This role is in charge of driving efficient, well controlled financial services to and on behalf of the businesses This position will be responsible to support to determine how Forex, M2M, position, counterparty exposure & other related processes will be executed in the retained organization Processes will be implemented to ensure providing reliable reporting & compliance with laws, regulations and corporate policies Will also communicate with other functions eg Tax, Treasury, CBS, commercial & Finance if necessary relating to CASC Business
Principal Accountabilities
Counterparty exposure management - 25%
AR / AP ageing report and review
Followup on Outstandings
AR / AR write off, write ins
Matching
Sales Caks MTM exposures
Credit limit maintenance
Position reporting, futures, forex - 60%
Daily position reporting
Trading PNL -Daily/Weekly/Monthly
MTM of the open and executed contracts
Forex management and reporting Weekly /Monthly
Hedge Margin Money monitoring
Seek for Process Optimization and Technology Driven Decision Making - 15%
In line with accounting and finance strategy & approach which aligns with the strategy of the Region/Sub-region/country and finance job family
Participates in and provides input to new set-up and changes in existing financial applications to optimize effectiveness
Ensure planning processes are streamlined to reduce non-value added activities
Partners with other accounting and finance leads
Required Qualifications
Professional degree in Finance or Accounting- CA or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience
Understanding of forex, position, counterparty reporting and compliances
Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to influence and build trust across multiple stakeholder groups
Problem solving and business analytical skills
Ability to partner and engage with centers of expertise eg A&R, MIDS
Understand and use technology to improve process and control
Team Player, continuous improvement, process optimization, and intellectual curiosity
Preferred Qualifications
Accounting experience with knowledge in US and Local GAAP
Understanding and experience working with CTS & JDE,
