Job Description:

Customer Relationship Build solid and trustful relationship with customer teams at relevant levels (R&D/Marketing, Purchase, Planning, Supply Chain

Project Management

Project Coordination

- Track projects progresses in liaison with Proj Coordinator/FDS & internal teams

- Support account manager in the preparation of submission documents with correct information

- Provide a full support service to the Account Manager in all matters relating to the service of the account Presentations (powerpoint), co-ordinating customer visits / workshops, preparing offers / quotes / pricing, ordering and progress tracking of samples and required documentation, keeping the customer up to date at all times

- Coordinate formula information and transfer

- Customer visits & meetings Support the commercial team on arranging rooms, invites and other facilities (lunch, dial-in, etc) Take minutes during meetings and share with team

Customer Information

- Coordinate sampling activity to customer

- Manage specific opportunities and projects independently of direct report with sales teams in othe regions

- Initiate work on all base reformulation projects both localy and globally

- Monitor stability issues in a global capacity in order to allow sales team to concentrate on high level projects

- Ensure that all regions are aware of any changes in toxicology regulations

- Knowledge of all regional and global bases

- Oversee base requests from lab to other regions and vice versa

Customer Service

Customer Support

- Manage customer issuess Solve all the problems with maximum efficiency, accuracy and economy to meet our customer service target

- Maintain and encourage relationships with the customer in order to free the account manager to concentrate on other issues

Information and Knowledge Mangement

Portfolio Management

- Support/Assist sales team on developing/understanding of Customer portfolio (IFF/Non IFF) and building customer Book

- Maintain and update database of selling fragrances (brand, variant, color, fragrance, CSP, etc)

- Build, update and maintain information on monalisa with maximum accuracy

Customer Material List Management

- Equip Customer Service with price information

- Maintain accurate and complete product/customer submission and pricing records

Sales & Financial Information Management/Reporting

- Support account manager in the preparation of Annual Sales Budget, quqrterly Rolling Sales Forecast and montly project reports

- Liaise with AM to gather purchase forecast from the customer

- Monitor and report Sales data on monthly base

People Management

7 years Experience Previous Sales Service and/or Supply Chain Customer Service Experience

Financial Skills (quotes/ pricing/ budgeting & forecasting processes)
