We Offer

The role will functionally report into the Capital and Liquidity Reporting (C&LR) Business and Financial Management Lead and overall accountability is to support the C&LR COO by providing operational oversight for Financial Management, Cost, FTE and Business Management, including

Manage budgeting, forecasting and reporting of the cost base
Ensuring delivery of cost commitments and organization programmes
Business Management - operational, administrative & organization oversight
Resource and headcount management - Plan Vs actual, Flight Plans, and Org Chart maintenance
Project Tracking and Recharges Actual vs Forecast
Organization, People and Process Transformation
Providing an effective and efficient interface between the Global COO, Central Finance and local teams
Performance monitoring including attrition, bench, demographics etc
Infrastructure - Seats
Provide local support for on time and on budget delivery of change programs

Accountabilities Cost Management
Monitor, Report and provide oversight to any delegated approval authority
Tracking costs incurred within C&LR on projects and tracking recharges to ensure costs fully recovered
Financial Planning & Analysis
Creation of plan and forecasts
Monitoring and controlling actual costs
Governance of saves/efficiency commitments in relation to innovation
Business Travel Tracking and approval process
Management Reporting
Provide timely and relevant MI for C&LR governance
Ensure any key risks are highlighted via governance forums
Provide MI required for key management decisions both on pre agreed
Metrics as well as adhoc requirements including financial, HC, infrastructure etc
Support delivery of Target Operating Model changes
Support on people and operational processes
Tracking of projects & efficiency
Organizational changes, managing the organization chart
Joiner/Leaver process for accurate forecast
Tracking of resource deployment, open role ageing and managing the role approval process
Ensuring open roles are filled on a timely basis by chasing the relevant business partners
Operating within our Conduct & Ethic standards, being aware of operational risk, raising when any identified with a focus on striving for operational excellence and working with the wider team on constant improvement
