Manages financial and accounting personnel in the delivery of accounting data, financial information and analysis and business financial support/ analysis and consulting to management decision - makers Directs the development, implementation and administration of financial planning, reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel May re responsible managing internal audit personnel responsible conducting internal audits, internal investigations and consulting engagements to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes, risk exposures, ethics and values, compliance with laws, regulations and contracts, and appropriate of risk and control information Disciplines 

Business Controller Provides strategic business decision support and consulting company VPs Provides comprehensive financial support and counsel in financial planning and control, operations analysis, accounting systems, capital investment, planning and analysis, business decision support, business plan development and execution, portfolio and investment management and market model analysis, and audit coordination, to ensure achievement of planned cost, profit and business strategy objectives 

Country Controller Directs and oversees financial statutory and tax compliance a country or countries Responsibilities include external audits, regulatory filings, tax filings and any other local financial compliance related activities Oversees country - related financial events and operations such as M&A transactions or pension plans 

Supervises individual contributors responsible routine tasks in organization Assigns, directs implementation oftasks and processes 

Establishes, maintains business controls and processes 

Job Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent education 

Typically requires the same level of education as the employees being supervised plus a minimum of 2 years experience
