About the Role

Position Summary

Supports general business operations by providing various technical support activities across the UK business

Main tasks/activities

General Maintenance, including, but not limited to fault-finding, general repairs and maintenance of the building fabric, fixtures and fittings of Swiss Re demise at 30SMA
Furniture Maintenance, including, but not limited to fault-finding, general repairs and maintenance
Meeting Room Support, including, but not limited to daily set up of meeting rooms and their required layouts, provision of technical assistance as and when required, delivery of room materials
Post Room, including, but not limited to provision of all post room services and requests for support
Workplace Management/ General Admin support, including, but not limited to respond to and action all tasks raised via ContactOne & SNOW tickets, use SR databases where available ie; Filex, PDL Tool

About the Team

You will be part of large Internal Services team who form part of the larger EMEA Corporate Real Estate & Services function Your immediate team will be comprised of three other Facilities Management Support Officers who report to the Head of Internal Services for the UK

Customer focused delivery steer customer-centric CRES management service focusing on new technologies and sustainability
Health & safety awareness
Manual handling
Proficient with Microsoft office suite
Proficient with use of internal software including FileX archiving, SharePoint, SNOW, Global Visitor Registration, Workplace and Move Management - InSite
