Position Manager/Senior Manager - Pricing Analytics

Location Head Office, Gurgaon

About the role

One key differentiator of FabHotels brand for our asset partners is best-in-class returns While our online & offline demand teams drive higher occupancies for our partners, this role entails ownership of optimizing pricing & inventory allocation keeping in mind factors such as seasonality, competitive market dynamics, historical performance and several other dynamic variables

Key responsibilities

- Unlock revenue and margin upside via pricing and inventory optimizations across FabHotels- rapidly growing portfolio (550+ hotels, 50+ cities, 4 brands)

- Develop a competitive edge by gathering intelligence, both online & offline

- Drive thought leadership in developing proprietary in-house tools & analytics dashboards and leveraging off-the-shelf solutions wherever required

- Drive team to maximize room rates & reduce inventory wastage for units across maturity, occupancy & geographical cohorts and across online & offline channels

- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as P&L regional managers, BI, tech/ product, online/ offline sales & supply heads
