SAP Support premium engagements (SAP MaxAttention, SAP Active Embedded) are tailored solutions for the innovation, implementation, operation, and upgrade of SAP solutions This program is the leading edge of the SAP support offerings for midsize and large customers It is unique in the IT-market
For the execution of our premium engagements we are looking for Expert Support Engineers working onsite at our customers premises As an Expert Support Engineer Engagement you will act as SAPs Support front office lead within the customers IT-organization You will architect the service plans to the customers needs and head the service delivery You will be involved in the customers SAP projects as a supervisor from SAPs point of view, thus proactively safeguarding implementations, operations, and upgrades It will be your responsibility to create and maintain a trustful and cooperative relationship between the customer and SAP Support on project level

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As an Expert Support Engineer Engagement, you know how SAP solution operation is done You understand customers technical solution landscapes and operational skills to unveil deficiencies or risks affecting cost and/or quality You explain the value of SAPs current and future support offerings and map it to customer requirements You closely align with other LOBs delivering at your customer to share information and drive delivering a superior customer experience You directly or indirectly have positive influence on customers decisions by providing guidance and insights
As Expert Support Engineer Engagement (f/m) you will be responsible for the following tasks
Understand the customers solution landscape and business processes
Acquire the role of a trusted SAP advisor inside the customer organization
Create detailed engagement and service plans and drive their execution
Coordinate involvement of SAP Support resources onsite and in the back office
Identify top issues, define according action plan and drive the resolution process
Report to management and executive level
Travel requirement at least 50 PERCENT

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You are the right person for this job if you bring in the following
Excellent customer management skills
Proven ability to work with customers on project- and senior management level
Project management experience
Broad understanding of SAP solutions and NetWeaver technology
Master Degree or Equivalent

Fluency in English and preferably Dutch

WORK EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate would have
Master Degree or equivalent
A consulting background or a support background with customer focus
8 years experience in customer interaction
