We Offer

The person will be responsible for Allocations in Asia Division including

Corp functions

You will critically review and challenge forecast / strategic plan from Zurich Allocations team
The role will require you to be responsible to track actual spending against financial plan / budget
Provide transparency on allocations to business COOs, country COOs and regional finance teams which include

Support the monthly allocation process reporting and impact analysis from statistics update exercise, where applicable
Gatekeeper for allocations into the region to ensure stats changes are calculated implemented as per governance
Dedicatedly engage and communicate with business finance and CF on changes which includes changes in cost allocation methodologies / system changes

Collaborate with Zurich on potential changes addressing legal entity allocation
Support senior management in ad-hoc financial management & analyses

APAC Support

End to end ownership of the APAC support allocations process which include month end reporting to Group, semi-annual allocation keys update with support from Pune, stats impact analysis, monthly forecast, 5 years strategic plan and adhoc analysis
Provide visibility to APAC business partners on costs drivers and early heads up on deviation from target, which also include engaging appropriate partners to provide explains on cost allocations
Oversee monthly budget transfer process cross business and APAC Support functions
Assist with historical restatements for business reorganization between business and APAC Support functions

You Offer

You are a finance/accounting graduate and a CPA is preferred
You have a proven experience of 7 - 12 years globally in a large Institution in a similar role
Prior knowledge and experience in Financial Management preferred
Resilient and flexible to changing priorities, contributing to success in thriving in a dynamic and regulated environment
You have the ability to maintain high levels of control and continuous improvement
Displayed ability to work with others, across business divisions and geographic boundaries with good communication skills
Strong presentation, organization and flexibility skills are required
You have the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Advanced Excel essential
