Job Description:

- Owner for service spare part in totality - Stocks in-house/stocks with vendors

- A good planner for service spare part who have managed in national profile for minimum 5 Years

- Negotiate with vendors for continual improvement of service supply chain/Evaluate vendor performance and bring in continual improvement in system

- Planning and sourcing Service Spare parts internally or from external sources/Import

- Maintaining Min Max reorder level till the Level 3(Service engineer/cluster)

- Reverse Logistics monitoring - Vendor performance monitoring daily,Reverse pick up, Material issuance to TRC

- Repair projection and plan - Monitor the repair production Vs Plan (Reconciliation with TRC for repair stock)

- Scrap - Replacement of Scrap, Scrap vendor management, Maintain scrap standards, Salvage retrieval

- Logistic Management - Material at site as per TAT committed to customers ( continual Improvement in cost optimization)

- Should be from Service supply chain background

- Degree/Diploma - Any professional course of supply chain shall be added advantage, or minimum 10 years experience in Service supply chain
