Job Description:

Responsible for meeting order booking targets as per agreed budget from the specified geography / clients

Propose and participate in Annual bedgets finalisation

Keep track of potential order opportunities and come up with plans to secure them

Track the competition in the market for the potential opportunities and device specific palns , take necessary actions to counter them

Responsible for developing new customers

Develop excellent rapport and personal relationship with key customers

Organise enquiry generation , framing of favourable specifications and qualifying criteria , offer submission , attending tender openings , preparation of comparative statements , analyse competitors offers , discussions on offer , negotiations and conversion of offers to orders

Responsible for Product approvals , Vendor registration

Monitor dealers and associates and provide continual guidance , encouragement and support

Obtain customer feedbacks , performance certificates , appreciation letters from key accounts and customers

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support & service on pre and after sales

Execution of orders in co -ordination with the respective business groups and customers in respect of - Drawing approvals

- Arranging /getting waiver of inspection

- Despatch authorisation , commercial documentation like road permits

- After sales service co -ordination

- Payment follow -up & ensure timely collection

- Closure of order and collection of all statutory documents like C -Forms ,

Bank Guarantees etc,
