VSRM Job Profile VSRM shall provide end to end service solution to customers and will manage the set of listed customers aligned to virtual relationship manager

Following come in the scope of work in for VSRMs Introduction calls to assigned customers, Policy Servicing Policy Renewals Pitching new products Data augmentation (Modification, Updating & Ratification)

Pre- Requisites Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age Qualification Graduate Experience Min 6 months customer service experience Typing speed 20 wpm with 85% accuracy Clarity in speech with neutral accent Should have problem solving attitude Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization

English Communication Level - Very good communication skills High comprehension High fluency Very good sentence construction ability Minor grammatical errors acceptable No MTI & pronunciation errors Hindi is a must

Shift & working window - Fixed shifts 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm for male/female Sundays fixed off for all

Salaries INR 17500 monthly CTC There will be performance based client paid incentives up to INR 5000 per month
