Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Automation Anywhere University team to support the operations and customer requests You will work with a team of dedicated professionals in a rapid growth environment

Responsibilities

Responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions on Learning Management System (LMS)
Acts as the first point of contact for customer queries and take responsibility for resolving customer issues Customer queries are received primarily by email but sometime over the phone support might be required
Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors
Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required
Generate reports from systems such as Learning Management System (LMS), help desk ticketing system (eg Zendesk) and perform data analysis
Provide weekly reporting on the performance of the LMS including registrations, completions and any other suitable data requested by the management
Support team of trainers for their operational needs eg report generation, managing simple projects, coordination etc
Carry out tasks to complete transactions such as purchase order generation, tracking and processing invoices etc
Carry out such other duties as may be assigned

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and support role Preferably in learning and training industry
Availability to work in the US pacific time zone is required Work can be performed remotely from home
Experience in Learning Management platforms, support ticket management systems, and ability to manage the entire functionality and workflow of LMS, user management, course and certification publication and report is highly desirable
Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems
Ability to conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel
Ability to collaborate with global team at all levels of the organization as well as vendors
Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
Customer service skills, responsive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in laymans terms
