Executive / Sr Executive / Asst Manager - IOT Sales Mobility is the goal Tasks Required Develop leads and build a robust new business pipeline for various Digital service offering of Schindler
Identify and pursue potential customers by traveling to locations within the assigned region and by cold calling
Analyse customer needs and present the Schindler Value propositions to customers and generate sales
Work with owners, Consultants and building management in obtaining digital service contracts
Contribute to the overall development of the Digital Business, in terms of positioning in the market
Develop sales proposals and maintain a detailed database of all target units, expirations dates, pricing, competing vendor and people influencing the buying decision
Ensure renewal of business at end of contract periods
Work closely with NI/EI sales team to identify opportunities with current clients
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stake holders
Deliver targeted business results and while making significant contribution to bottom line
Source, analyse, communicate and apply competitive data for competitive advantage to company

Essential attributes

3-5 years experience in a Sales/Business Development/Marketing role
A passion for and thorough understanding of the digital marketplace, specifically in the areas IOT
Track record of success in business development and sales in a digital marketing agency or related environment
Excellent organisational, management and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
Well presented
Confident with a relaxed, yet persuasive manner and able to build a rapport quickly
Excellent understanding of Sales concepts and tools
Ability to influence and engage different stakeholders
Self-motivated, independent with a strong focus of getting things done
Open for relocation
