ROLE SUMMARY

Role of a Process Improvement and Automation executive is to automate manual process / Customer experience and take up system issues with Technology team / Vendors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Highlighting technical issues to concerned team within and outside Cleartrip
Analyse AFF process and coordinate with seniors to improvise process with the help of automation or any process change
Coordinating with the Tech team, process owner, vendor and other departments depending on issues / new project requirements
Effective follow up on issues / new requirements raised
Willing to complete any other task assigned by the management with respect to breakages, bugs and PRMs
Willing to work with flexible hours and weekends in case of emergencies
Ensure Positive Outcome with every Interaction

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Graduate / Diploma (10 2 3 / 10 3) / Undergraduate (10 2)
IATA Preferred
Written & Spoken English & Hindi (neutral accent)
Worked on GDS (Amadeus / Galileo) for last 6 months on issuance, reissuance, cancellation & refunds
Worked on Excel and Presentation
