Job Description:

The role holder will manage and provide functional support to business for franchisee accounting and
collections by providing a centralized view of franchisee partner collections, outstanding and royalty and
meeting statutory compliance and audit requirements

1 To provide regular updates & furnishing of reports as required by Lead & NBM
by publishing and monitoring statement of accounts of Franchisees in the region
2 To ensure accurate accounting in FAS as per policy, prepare Fee rate card & update
the same within agreed timelines
3 To ensure Banking compliance/subsequent Fund transfers to franchisees after
Banking
4 To prepare Royalty report with actual admissions reported & assist in
collecting numbers from non-reporting franchisees
5 To monitor, provide and report outstanding /PDD reports and follow up with BMs
to ensure collection of revenue
6 To provide training & support to new franchisees on new initiatives
7 To ensure quick resolution of queries regarding logistics, settlement
of dues or account related issues to Franchisees / Auditors / HO members as the
case maybe
8 To support in timely coordination and follow up for statutory compliance and audit
9 Develop and educate team members to groom for efficiency and accurate delivery
of agreed performance Required Candidate profile
