Responsibilities

o Proper and efficient closure of tasks assigned ,
o Filing and data management, preparing memos,
o scheduling tasks and appointments Answering calls
o Travel arrangements for guests as well as Board level
o Co-ordinate with other key executives and arrange requisite info required ,
execute tasks
o Prepare minutes of meetings, memo
o Co-ordinate for scheduling meetings along with arrangements and circulate the
agenda and communication
o Handle guests and visitors
o Manage phone calls and maintain details of communications
o Manage calendar and tasks, follow ups for closure
o Maintain expense sheets and ensure timely payments
o Well versed with gadgets and MS office and social media
o Front desk management need based
o Manage 2 offices / virtual basis
o Writing skills
o Power point presentations

Remuneration 4 to 6 LPA
