Job Summary

*Major Roles & Responsibilities



Should be able to handle the Chairman office, organizing meetings and necessary logistics, compiling minutes and follow-up for complete actions

Organize, interpret and collate MIS and proficient presentation

Should be able to handle confidential information in a professional and discrete manner

Managing Chairmans travel arrangements and proactively coordinate the pre-planning of trips with various internal functions including arranging appropriate travel

Prepare agendas and necessary contacts, information, presentation materials, documents

Manage the daily schedule of the Chairman, ensuring that he knows his schedule 24 hours in advance and keep appointments and meetings on time or change schedules when necessary

Writing content for both external and internal use which includes writing email or any other communication related documents

Drafting letters for internal communication

Excellent command over written & verbal communication

Excellent in data interpretation

Good interpersonal and coordination skills

Self-starter with ability to work independently

Decision making and time management

Excellent in Word, Excel, PPT, etc
