•             Proven secretarial and administrative experience at board level with demonstrable experience of managing a constantly changing diary 

•             Advanced experience of  E-Commerce Marketing, Social Media Marketing

•             The ability to work quickly and flexibly, whist remaining professional in pressurised situations to tight deadlines 

•             High standard of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and oral English

•             Professional and effective interpersonal and communication skills, representing the MD to a wide range of internal/external contacts 

•             Should be able to maintain the calendar and meeting Schedule

•             Should be able to manage MIS reporting
