QUALIFICATION CA / MBA (Finance & Operations)

EXPERIENCE 5 to 9 Years

REPORTING TO CEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting the CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions

- Conducting market research, Business Planning, analyzing financial data and business data etc

- Budget Analysis, Budget Monitoring, Budget Control & Variance

- Tracking project status and suggest corrective actions

- Identifying opportunities for saving cost, managing cash flows to minimize finance cost

- Co-coordinating and follow up with Department Heads on project status

- Analyzing and evaluating ongoing Business performance

- Generating business reports and presenting them to Board of Directors

- Coordination with Heads of Departments for timely and accurate reporting of performance

KEY SKILLS

- Should have proficiency in Accounts Finalization, Analysis, Balance Sheet and Statutory Compliances

- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to evaluate data formulate accurate conclusions and develop action plans

- Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate and effectively use new information

- Strong analytical abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
