Lenskart is looking for an experienced EA for our CEOs office The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of the CEOs office and providing complete administrative support to the CEO

Role Executive Assistant to CEO
Band Assistant Manager/ Manager
Location Faridabad, Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the CEO to plan, execute and ensure smooth operations on day-to-day operation of the office
Maintain and Coordinate CEOs complex and frequently changing calendar, travel and stay arrangements Prioritize complex scheduling and logistics
Coordinate pre-planning of trips, board meetings, teleconferences and events
Managing the complete cycle of vendor management from seeking quotations to finalizing contracts and filing invoices
Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executives whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment
Respond to certain emails on behalf of the CEO & documenting minutes of the meetings
Acting as liaison between the CEO and the leadership team, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments

Salary INR 8,00,000 - 15,00,000 PA
