Experience

5+ years Qualifications

MBA or Equivalent Master s degree Skill Sets

Experience in reporting, data cleansing, data analysis, effective data visualization and insight generation

Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills (required)

Ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written), and work well in cross-functional teams

Ability to think independently, handle ambiguity, and make continuous progress towards meeting business objectives

Ability to identify process improvement opportunities to improve overall client experience

Team player, demonstrated work ethic, and dedicated to continued professional improvement consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism in behaviour and performance

Effective prioritization skills to meet a complex set of business demands and demonstrate delivery against multiple objectives

Fluent knowledge of basic statistics and probability preferred

Manage the traditional administrative responsibilities of the CEO s office

Assist the business with Data Management Initiatives involves active interaction with stakeholders and understanding their requirements and translating them into deliverables

Gain an understanding of the underlying business, data and processes sufficient to provide expert advice to users in the use of Zoho CRM

Manage Zoho CRM on a real-time basis for effective data-driven decision making by key stakeholders

Gather, synthesize, analyze, and present metrics, data, and findings in PowerPoint and Excel
