Executive Assistant and Department Administrative Manager - ( WD05810 )

Responsibilities

Provide support to the department head on managing the meeting calendars, arranging business trips, manage the travel expense report, organizing workshops, managing staff events and receiving the visitors from regional office and other countries
Manage the departmental administrations including training and eLearning records, staff leave records, office supplies, staff access cards etc
Manage the meeting cadence and file the minutes if any
Act as the key contact person and liaison for CRESA on premise administration
Act as the key contact for the technical support on issues related to network, notebook, iPhone, SIM card and so forth
Manage and keep track all the departmental expense including the office supplies expenses, production support charges, notebook inventory management and departmental travel expenses tracking etc
Manage the sharepoint and maintain the access inventory
Manage the updated organization chart and report the latest FTE including permanent and contract staff, and arrange staff onboarding and offboarding
Report to the department head and render support to the team heads

Requirements

Quick learner and cheerful
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative and adaptive
Strong sense in utilizing digital tools to manage all administrative work
Creative in recommending new ways of doing things
Willing to go extra miles with good learning attitude
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
