Change Management and Training Specialist

Change Management and Training Specialist propose, develop and implement change management, communication and training activities to promote and improve the sustainment of business model (EOC/GSCP) and reinforce employees compliance to the models in European region This role sits within Strategic Projects sub-function driving and deploying strategic and/or transformational projects within European region The Change Management and Training Specialist reports to the Director Strategy Programs, Europe

This is a part time (40 PERCENT ) temporary role for 6 months

Main responsibilities
Propose, develop and coordinate implementation of trainings and change management / communication plans according to business needs

Coordinate and advise functional protocol champions in the development of training materials

Identify stakeholders group and population to be trained, review training content from a Change Management and Communication purpose and track progress

Liaise with external service providers in case of e-learning developed by a third party and with the team

Provide post training assessment of the quality and attendance rate of the training delivered

Coordinate replacement of Digiform by SharePoint solution, develop training, change plan and support delivery of the training revamp of European Intranet EOC pages

Cooperate with CGA to develop a regional Intranet communication on EOC

Introduction and deployment of activities to raise awareness on new business model across the teams

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or Psychology is preferred
At least 3 years of proven experience in Change Management and Training strategy planning
Hands on experience in programs implementation or project management
Good understanding of overall business cross-functional (functions, high level processes)
Well-motivated self-starter with ability to operate independently
Excellent communication skills with ability to cooperate with internal/external stakeholders
Highly developed organizational agility and understanding of business needs
Willingness to work in international structures within virtual team
English fluency is a must
