Job Description:

- The primary job responsibility is to meet with HRs of clients

- Following the consultative selling model, the incumbent will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to our prospective clients

Candidates who are involved in sales of big ticket size

- Selling the database and allied recruitment solutions that come with it

- Cold-calling, finding prospective clients, setting up meetings and giving a demo of com to potential clients

- Keeping a track of the industrys recruitment needs and accordingly identifying potential clients

- Delivering on monthly/quarterly targets

People from recruitment, HR Solution sales or candidates who are directly in touch with HR Heads as clients are preferred
