Manages one or several larger accounts or acts as the account lead for a substantial part of a top account Understands the customers IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements and challenges, and adds value by implementing HPEs strategy Drives business performance for all HPE BUs and manages the portfolio mix to optimize profitability of the account Accountable for pipeline building; accountable for and supportive in deal closing and orchestrating the deal team Builds and develops relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers in IT and business Develops and engages with the extended partner ecosystem to maximize HPEs presence in the account Constantly develops information technology industry knowledge to position HPEs portfolio in the account Orchestrates, engages, guides and provides feedback to the extended account team members Acts as customers advocate inside HPE Plans for accounts to deliver results through the financial year and beyond


Builds Long-Term Customer/Partner Relationships Understands the customers or partners strategy and business needs and positions HPE as a partner invested in the customers/channel partners long term business outcomes, leveraging HPEs portfolio
Demonstrate account control with a hunter mindset and be able to challenge the status-quo Have in-depth insights into existing customer base to understand customer needs and uncover opportunities Be able to master opportunity management in respect to prioritizing customers and opportunities for HPE for effective sales execution
Builds and maintains up-to-date knowledge of IT industry developments and technology trends so as to be able to align HPEs value proposition to these trends towards our customers and partners
Understands industry drivers, trends, best practices, and customer needs from an OEM mindset be able to adapt market trends to the OEM market based on the Industrialization 40 point-of-view Be able to articulate how HPE adds value in a customers business and within their industry
Drives results (pipeline, forecast, revenue, profit) in alignment with the company strategy Be able to demonstrate account and opportunity control and ensure that this is reflected in SFDC
Engages customer executives to understand the customers business context, and build trust and strong relationships Creates early stage opportunities by managing top customers executive level relationships Coaches and enables teams to craft the right technical, IT investment and pricing strategies to win
Integrity Wins the right way and displays high ethical standards in every action
