The role

To understand our key customers- needs and offer solutions that help drive business results for them You will start with fostering and developing the existing key accounts and continue by building new client relationships

The main tasks and responsibilities

- Maintain and further develop relationship with existing key accounts

- Drive for high customer satisfaction and understand challenges that are critical to customers

- Collect customer feedback for and work with our product and customer success teams to find best solutions to customers

- Create new business opportunities and increase our share in customer wallet

- Build, manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities as per monthly and annual targets

- Obtain and analyze market and competitor information in order to provide feedback to management for marketing & product strategy

- Own customer deployments and implementations and be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this position you will need

- 4+ years of experience in sales or account management

- Ability to communicate benefits and ROI to customers clearly

- Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
