Job Description:



  1. Taking incoming calls from clients

  2. Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail

  3. Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment

  4. Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions

  5. Additional support duties as assigned

  6. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services

  7. Opens customer accounts by recording account information

  8. Maintains customer records by updating account information

  9. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
