Job Description:

Understanding of Customer Audit criteria & expectation
- Continuous Focus on the improvement of the Customer satisfaction Index related to Quality
- Knowledge of effective customer complaint handling techniques ie 8 D, 7 QC tools
- Knowledge of latest AIAG manuals (PPAP / MSA / SPC)
- Reporting to Quality Manager for the Customer focus activities & Audit action plan status
B Quality System
- Supporting MR for Management review meeting & internal audits Certified TS 16949 Internal auditor is preferable
- Improvement in the procedure related to customer end quality improvement
- Continuous follow up with all departments for the closure of NC
- Action plan preparation for all the Customer audits
- Conducting the Line audit on weekly basis, reporting to all team & ensuring closure of all NC writhing agreed time line
- Continuous audit on monthly basis of all department activities
- Maintaining & updating the master & control copies of Procedures, WI & formats
- Improvement in the Procedures & WI according to the customer specific requirements
- Regularly updation of customer specific requirement & making awareness in organisation about the customer requirements
- C Internal Quality
- Monitoring and review of Process audit, product audit, MSA done by subordinates
- Verification of Layout inspection of all the parts
- Initiating the Improvement on regular basis for the reduction of the Failure cost
- D Training
- Ensuring the Training program of operators & all employees as per the product, process & customer expectations
- Continuous Improvement
- Participation in Continuous improvement of process control by implementing Pokayoke , Kaizen in co- ordination with CFT
