Requisition Number 19-0812 Post Date 7/24/2019 Title Engineer IV Enterprise Job Family Information Technology Location Hyderabad, India Description The Enterprise Engineer is responsible for the 24/7 support and maintenance of all components within the companys enterprise services This includes administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, Manage email users/groups within Microsoft Exchange 2010, administer group security and share privileges, domain registration and DNS management An ideal candidate will be well organized and detail oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication skills to able to interact with users in a technical support role

Provide leadership and mentorship to lower level engineers on the team
Responsible for managing projects for hardware/software deployments and modifications involving the Production Environment
Develops detailed project plans for large projects
Responsible for defining specifications for system hardware
Performance & Capacity Management
Responsible for gathering relevant data to determine hardware capacity needs and make plans for capacity expansions in a proactive manner
Responsible for development and configuration practices that ensure a high level of performance and optimize capacity utilization
Develop, document and implement migration projects for acquired company system integrations
Serves as a point of escalation for performance problems that cannot be resolved by the Support Staff
Maintain and administer a large Exchange 2010 Environment
Maintain and administer Microsoft FOPE and BPOS
Windows Active Directory Deployment and management (Group Policy, Machines, Users, OUs)
DNS (Internal and External) Management including MX and SPF records
Maintain SSL certificates for multiple domains, including Exchange infrastructure
Participates in the implementation of monitoring systems for event monitoring, alerting, and metrics (SCOM)
Responds to incidents to avoid system outages or restore availability to meet service level objectives Performs problem determination, problem resolution, and root cause analysis
Participates in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support and maintenance of a 24x7 Production Environment
Provide assistance on day-to-day ticket handling when heavy workload dictates
Install server hardware, operating system software, front-end and back-end server components, and production application services according to defined requirements and data center operations standards
Develop and maintain documentation including server build docs, configuration standards, infrastructure architecture
Provides requirements to the Systems Monitoring group for metrics, alerts and escalations
Researches new methods for enhancing performance and shares findings with the Engineering team and the Engineering Leadership committee
Participates in the BCP Strategy of the IT Infrastructure

At least 7 years of experience supporting an Exchange email environment
At least 7 years of experience supporting an Active Directory environment
Previous experience in a lead role position
Strong Microsoft Active Directory management including 2008 R2
Experience in an enterprise class Windows server environment
MCSE certification or the demonstration of knowledge and skills that are equivalent
Strong project management and project implementation experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong understanding of disaster recovery, backup and restoration procedures
Experience with VMWare/ESX, building servers in a virtual environment
Experience with SAN storage
Experience with ActiveSync and BES
Experience with load balancing appliance such as F5 BigIP or Citrix NetScaler
Proficient in business software, including MS Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Visio applications
Experience in troubleshooting network (LAN) software related to operations, administration, user accounts, and systems security
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate excellent customer services skills and the ability to communicate with individuals of all levels internal and external to the organization
Flexible to work overtime as required; some overnight work may be required
Able to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity to move about
Able to stoop or lift material or equipment up to 50 pounds

This position is classified as a Sensitive Position and requires an annual criminal background screening
