ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Customer Facing Unit (CFU) is a global team as part of the SAP HEC Delivery Services organization We oversee all aspects of the Hana Enterprise Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, single tenant edition customer engagement from the point of sale throughout the entire lifecycle providing commercial, project and technical operations expertise

The CFU governs our customer relationship management while advocating for the customer and bringing the power of HEC to enrich customer experience We provide coordinated communication at all levels with our customers and stakeholders with a major focus on securing renewals

The CFU functions in a coordinated way with a unified face to the customer The Engagement Lead, Project Lead and Technical Lead work as a team to serve and delight our customers providing quality remote and on-site services and activities to fit the customers need and complexity

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), SAP S/4HANA Cloud, single tenant edition (STE) is the SAP system logon warranty type Private Managed PaaS

SAP System Logon Warranty - To guarantee from DC Operations to SAP system log-on with SLA

Private Customers SAP systems in a dedicated network environment and run it in a customer-specific planning maintenance frame

Managed PaaS About 1,000 tasks required to build and operate SAP product specific are provided by SAP yourself In addition, about 40 tasks related Application are provided for STE

Japan is the No1 country in APJ ranking by the number of active contract customers of HEC/STE You will continue to see the speed of growth As the scale grows, we will expand a team in Dalian

HEC/STE is a cloud business that provides SAP Core solution (SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) which is the mission critical systems You can build your career at the center of your SAP Cloud business and as a part of SAP global team since the HEC/STE service is delivered globally, you can have a lot of chance to collaborate with the team in global

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Engagement Lead Role

Primary point of contact for non-technical topics for the customer
Strengthens the customers strategic IT development
Provides transparency about progress and KPIs of the HEC account
Supports continuous process optimizations and strengthen collaboration with SAP HEC

Key Responsibilities

Drive the alignment on Goals, expectations and Projects in collaboration with customer
Be responsible for validating the Delivery of the contractually agreed Services
Oversee the HEC projects financials and margin development
Overview the Controlling and Cost calculation for the HEC account
End-to-end primary point of contact for non-technical topics for the customer and customers ambassador within HEC
Cooperation with SAP internal Teams to ensure customer success
Provide transparency About Progress and KPIs of the HEC account

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Qualifications

Communication skill via Telephone and Mail in Japanese
Deep understanding of SAP system operations and infrastructure architecture
Inclusive and collaborative driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources
Language - Native level Japanese is required Business level English is required

WORK EXPERIENCE

3 years of experience in providing services to Japanese customers using Japanese
Experience in working with resources abroad in English
Experience in SAP Basis support or consultant
Experience in project management for infrastructure related project
