- Our Finance function plays a crucial role in driving organizations strategic priorities towards growth and benchmark efficiency Running across the organization, finance business processes enable the strategy with interventions in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Costing, Treasury and Finance operations including compliance and reporting As Finance functions go through rapid make-over world over, we aspire to lead this in India and in the Pharma industry The role of DPE lead for Finance is to partner with the finance function to drive this transformation with technology

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and drive the finance process transformation and continuous improvement
- Identify and deliver the initiatives with a strong technology and program management
- Partner with the functional leaders to identify opportunities to leverage digital and analytics to drive the next level transformation in the finance business processes
- Engage with partners effectively to bring in the best solution and delivery capabilities
- Be the single point of contact for the finance functions process & technology improvement initiatives
Operating Network
Internal Finance leadership and respective teams, Digital & Process Excellence team
External Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks in the industry
Key Skills and Experience
- Broad business process consulting experience in the Finance domain across various process areas (Costing, Pricing, AP/AR and Treasury operations, Consolidation and reporting etc)
- Experience in creating and delivering Digital & Technology-led solutions
- Implementation programs and change management experience with key technologies like SAP
- Experience in leveraging the new-age digital technologies and advanced analytics for business impact
Educational Qualifications MBA from top tier institute
Experience Required 8 to 10 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale consulting/industry organization
Key Personal Attributes
- Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability
- Must be collaborative in approach and a team player
- Very good at networking and influencing
- Willingness to learn new concepts, tools and techniques related to the subject
- Open to travel across locations in India and overseas locations
