Job Description:

As an Administrator, you should be able to handle all storage administration tasks like Lun allocation , reclaiming , migration , Capacity planning ,

Performance issues troubleshooting , Hardware issues to be identified and escalated to vendor , handle build activity etc

Willing to work for 24x7 team handling Incident , Changes ,problem and SRQ tickets within SLA guidelines

Should be technical strong to handle high priority tickets , bridge calls and critical tasks independently

Should focus in services improvements plans and highlight all automation opportunity in current environment

Technical skills in Storage NAS SAN Backup Domains

In depth knowledge of NAS storage subsystems like EMC-VNX Vmax Celerra Isilon Object storage - EMC Elastic Cloud Storage

Isilon & Object storage knowledge will be a strong plus

Working Knowledge in SAN (DMX VMAX VNX-Block VPLEX IBM -XIV Brocade SAN Switches)

Ability to configure, administer and troubleshoot CIFS NFS environment, NAS Backup Replication

Good understanding of Networks along with Unix and Windows server knowledge

Good communication skills

Willing to work in a 24x7 environment
