Planning and Review meeting with key account
- Discuss and align key activities (marketing activations, operational, ToT and commercial) for next month with category managers and vendor management team of E-Commerce Companies
- Meetings typically conducted in last week of the month with at least 1 meeting/interaction with E-Commerce Customers
- Discuss past month sales performance, promo effectiveness and RoI and other operational issues with key accounts
- Meetings typically conducted in first week of the month with at least 1 meeting/interaction
- Account Management, Listing Management & Event Participation
- Ensure listings hygiene & content consistency across all platforms
- Formulate detailed event specific plan for big days & mega events
- Regularly assess quality of listings, product availability, merchandising and execution of marketing activations
- Manage annual JBP for large market place & grocery accounts
- Cultivate deep relationships & close working with the accounts
Administrative
- Monitor PO ordering and order fulfillment at a weekly level
- Item master and price master for each key account to be reviewed on a monthly basis
- Revisit MBQ for assortments across key accounts on a quarterly basis
- Review account reconciliation and ToT compliance on a monthly basis
Sales and Promotion Analysis
- Track sales and target achievement on a weekly level
- Monitor fill rates and in-stock availability, using key account data, on a biweekly basis
- Track category market share & off-take data, using key account data, on a monthly basis
- Conduct post promotion and RoI analysis for every major activation on a quarterly basis
Competitive Benchmarking
- Conduct competitive analyses of assortment, pricing and promotions for major competitors in each category
- Gain specific learnings and details of activations that worked well
- Consolidate with learnings from Emamis activations and form a holistic view jointly with customer marketing manager in preparation for designing marketing activations for next quarter/year
Internal Reviews
- Weekly review with E commerce Head and Customer Marketing Manager
- Monthly review with Sales Head, E commerce Head, Customer Marketing Manager and brand marketing teams
