Technology
- Set up distribution network through automation and digital marketing
- Lead tech-enabled best in class productivity, quality and cost optimization
Business
- Own and drive the revenue and P&L
- Ideate and implement go to market strategy for distribution network
Data analytics
- Make data backed business decisions
- Predict, control, reduce business risks using data

Qualification and experience
- Should have a minimum of graduate degree
- Should have over 12 to 15 years of sales experience in an insurance company or an insurance intermediary
- Should be results-oriented professional with strategic, administrative and operations experience in insurance domain
- Experience in business development, product management, and strategy in the Insurance Industry
- Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills with ability to plan, prioritize and multitask
