Job Description:

Eko is diversifying its business footprint and is penetrating into the insurance distribution segment For this purpose, we are partnering with various insurance companies

We need a National Head with 12-15 years of work exposure to lead our team for Insurance The successful applicant will be responsible for augmenting the insurance business at Eko We seek a professional with proven growth record, business planning acumen, ability to motivate, experience of leading product innovation, experience in cross-sell initiatives, with an achievers attitude The roles and responsibilities of the recruit shall be


- Set up distribution network through automation and digital marketing

- Lead tech-enabled best in class productivity, quality and cost optimization


- Own and drive the revenue and P&L

- Ideate and implement go to market strategy for distribution network

Data analytics

- Make data backed business decisions

- Predict, control, reduce business risks using data

- Impeccable understanding of channel sales

Qualification and experience

- Should have a minimum of graduate degree

- Should have over 12 to 15 years of sales experience in an insurance company or an insurance intermediary

- Should be results-oriented professional with strategic, administrative and operations experience in insurance domain

- Experience in business development, product management, and strategy in the Insurance Industry

- Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills with ability to plan, prioritize and multitask
